Best thing was that it covered everything I needed. Worst thing is they were hacked in April 2023. I would have preferred they made efforts to plan for disaster recovery BEFORE something like this happened because they were very obviously scrambling. I even heard about this from people outside P32H who were having trouble getting calls answered.
