not a fan of this at all. I was at a similar company paid as much in and got much better coverage. The university system in Oregon DOES NOT WORK TOGETHER. They let the unions eat them up and the employees suffer.

They drs are very limited

The health insurance plan cannot be beat (unless it's a fully paid completely comprehensive plan). I pay about $60/month for medical, dental, and vision which covers myself and my child. It's a fully comprehensive plan, and there are many plan options.

Employees are insured under Public Employees Benefit Board (PEBB) statewide and given various options to select from, between Providence to Kaiser.
