Before pandemic, work from home was limited and reluctantly given. Appears to be something that will be supported going forward now.

Each department has different policies for work-from-home, but for me it has always been very flexible. Most of my job requires me to be on campus but I will try to WFH once or twice a month to catch up on projects and it has worked great.
