Praxis' Health Insurance is extremely generous for any industry and is one of their best benefits.

Good plans though United Healthcare, company pays 70% of premium.

Good options and generous share of premiums paid by company, especially as fees raise every year.

HSA - high deductible health care plan. I contribute a small coinsurance out of my paycheck, plus an amount each week to my bank account. All healthcare (INCLUDING copays) come out of the bank account. Once my deductible is met, I pay $0 for the rest of the year for healthcare....no copays, additional deductibles, coins, etc. Coinsurance+deductible contribution each week < coinsurance for the regular health care plans that still charge deductibles and copays at each visit. If you don't use your deductible for the year, it rolls over, so you can contribute less each week the next year.
