Principal offers the ability to work from home, either on occasion or full time. If working remotely full time, they will supply you with everything except a desk and internet connection but expect you to treat your home office as an office. Meaning, this does not substitute childcare and you are expected to be alone. Employees that are based in Des Moines are able to work from home using their laptop at the discretion of the manager.
