Two different tiers of dental insurance to choose from. As well as a dentist on the campus to use your insurance at for discounted cost.

Dental insurance is too expensive, I've been told. There are smaller companies with better rates

a little bit pricey. the "low" plan is about 15$ per payperiod for me and spouse. The "high" plan is "20$". I had a wisdom tooth removed (surgically, with anesthesia) and still had to pay $200 out of pocket, even though I had the high plan, but I imagine it would have been more if I only had the low plan. for cleanings and such I get 2 each year and dont remember paying anything then, but if so it was minimal. also, Im somewhat certain that you can use anyone in the dental network not just prisma.
