Due to no offer of HSA, the company has discounted (temporarily for the year?) insurance premiums for full-time and part-time staff. AND the part-time rates are the same for the full-time, which is a big benefit for part-time employees. Due to this, it makes more sense to get the low deductible plan. However, you will have to pick in-house providers.
