Good coverage, but out of pocket costs are going up faster than salary growth.

Benefits are decent, but premiums continue to rise (not surprising given the state of the US healthcare market). The only really frustrating thing is the company went from 3 providers to 1 - meaning employees have no choice on the coverage and who is 'in-network.'

It has a very good local Health Insurance program and even they offer extended coverage packages for a few extra money paid by the employee. If you are as an expat you can have access to a special health program that covers almost 90% of your medical expenses.

Best thing: We have it! Worst thing: It is getting mighty expensive.

Benefits are there but costs are pretty high and the provider is a pain to work with. Lots of things not covered and lots of copays, deductibles, etc.
