Work From Home

This depends entirely on the organization where you work. Some are very strict with working from home only during weather emergencies or you can sign up for 1 day a week (same day every week). Other organizations like GBS (IT) are much more flexible, work from home whenever up to 50% of the time (your boss decides how flexible up to that limit).

P&G offers a lot of flexibility to work remotely. This is a huge perk!

Best flexibility work arrangement since you can work from home 2-3 days/week. However, due to the global environment, you have to work some odd hours from time to time.

good for families with kids, this benefit would allow the flexiblity for people working in R&D, which doesn't necessairy require working in the office or lab facilities
