Kaiser, 15$ co pay for everything, I had a major surgery while an employee with Progress and only paid $30 for the surgery, overnight stay, and pain meds to take home.

The best thing was full benefits after the first month. No 3 month waiting period. If you didn't choose Kaiser, they supplemented another carrier. Very little out of pocket cost. The worst thing was the dental plan.
