5 paid holidays, mandatory work a holiday. Agencies closed on state holidays doesn't make sense to keep employees on that help agents when it's literally dead as hell those days... but guess it's cheaper than paying ppl to actually enjoy a day that is otherwise horribly boring

Don't get very many, but they're nice when they happen.

5 Paid holidays is plenty. The ample vacation time given makes up for any shortcomings of not getting paid some of those other holidays.

Progressive only pays for 8 hours. Anybody working 9 or 10 hour days get shorted on their checks. They also do not pay if the holiday falls on a weekend. They divide it into your vacation hours. Makes weekend holidays not so fun.

We only get 3 holidays a year off. Lame.

Reduced paid holidays from when I started 22 years ago but not a negative impact. Also gives more time in your PTO bank if a holiday falls on a weekend so you still can benefit from that day off.
