Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Great Benefits, but some positions don't allow you to take time off or you just fall behind.

Time off is easy with ability to schedule time off same day. Also tons of voluntary time off depending on call volume.
Tuition reimbursement for a company of this size is terrible.

Onsite health clinics and health insurance premiums are affordable, 401K option is standard. Time off policy is OK if you’ve been there for awhile and have saved up time, but not great for new employees. You need to build up time off by working for awhile without taking time off, time is tenure based and you go for a long time without an increase. Most benefits are standard (life insurance, disability, etc). Fitness centers charge for membership, with reimbursement options based on usage. There are other small perks but nothing spectacular. Tuition reimbursement is minimal, stock options are only for highly compensated/executive type positions. Profit sharing program is great, but base salaries are mediocre. Work from home and flexible schedules vary by business unit and position. Casual dress code and free parking are great.
