Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
401k matches up to 6%, fully vested once employed, Health and Dental at very good rates and coverage for the family

Progressive takes care of its people holistically. I am surprised though, that while they give maternity leave and paternity leave( the latter as personal leave), It seems to be unpaid. I know paternity leave is unpaid, not sure about maternity leave. Also, with their being so many employees and campuses within proximity of each other, you'd think they'd have a child care facility. Other than those things benefits are awesome, Vacation is good and work-life balance is stressed.

All the standard insurance packages at Progressive Insurance. The best thing would be their company match for the 401k, but the worst is that they will not educate you before you make your decisions

401K is 6 percent match. Health insurance deductible could be lower. Dental and vision are comprehensive. There is no child or pet care

The best thing about the benefits was the flexibility with time
The worst thing about the benefits was 1) the$600 health insurance deductible and 2) you have to go with Aetna

Great benefits package. On site doctors and xrays. Good coverage and very low copays. Some of the best insurance I've ever had.

There were perks and benefits but nothing spectacular or anything. The usual run down of how benefits work

I did not opt in to the benefits since I was prior military and used my VA benefits instead. However I did participate in the 401k-Roth plan. I did Roth. Progressive matches up to 6% of Roth and you are 100% vested with the funds progressive added. I also did the trading thing with my Roth funds under the Fidelity account and did stock with Progressive which paid off greatly in the end. Another perk is the Gain-share bonus. At the end of the year all employees receive a bonus based on the amount of time they worked that year and their salary and the gain-share percentage. At $48,000 a year salary my gain-share bonus came up to be a little over $7k before takes and things were taken out.

Excellent benefits. Up to 6% 401K company match and vested day 1. Competitive health insurance benefits which begin at day 30. Vision and dental offered with an additional premium. Vacation and sick time are combined and are accrued per pay period.
