Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
6% company match and 100% vested from day 1. Benefits available from day 1. Vacation time accrues with each check- pretty good amount. Amoutn increases at 5 years.
We had great health care coverage and the gainshare bonus every year was awesome!

The best thing is being able to use the onsite clinic with a reduced copay. The con is that the deductible applies to all specialist visit.

The company Gainshare option is a big plus. The company should invest in a better child care subsidy system; either give back more money or offer some type of child care assistance. with so many working parents assisting with childcare will help with productivity I think
