Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Time off is plentiful, and we are encouraged to use it. Family benefits are lacking, it would be nice to get child care benefit of some sort.

Progressive has one of the best benefit packages in the business. I am a former Human Resources Generalist, and I have not found a company that can beat Progressives benefit and vacation package. The one thing they should add is a pension plan and not just a 401k plan.

I loved working for the company, which some might have had different opinions. I liked the benefits provided to us. It was a good amount of PTO 19 days when I started, 6% match for 401K Health insurance options and Maternity/paternity 4 weeks plus 12 weeks for delivery. Overall they have other benefits as well.
