People considering joining Progressive should we aware that they have switched to the sub-standard health care provider cigna to cut costs. cigna deals in delays, denials and lies to avoid payments while collecting your premiums. If you value your health insurance, beware.

As a long time employee, PGR has much to offer their employees. However, any new employees should know that Progressive has switched health care providers to cigna to save cut cost. This has be disastrous for many of us moving from premium health care provider. cigna's singular focus on cost avoidance (not patient health) deals in 'bad faith' with endless requests for information, denials, lies and even phony approvals. If you really need good health insurance, you should look elsewhere.

Benefits were decent. Campus is nice, but the gym was a huge lie (had to pay a membership fee). Food was good. Not sure what it's like working remote for them.
