Best thing is will receive 30-days of paternity leave at full pay and next 30-days is at 60%, receive various workperks through variety of vendors, health insurance is solid, and vacation days will accrue fairly quickly, and they match 6% on the 401k.
Worse thing is do not receive any discounts off auto insurance for the company and do not have many paid holidays.

Annual gainshare (bonus) correlated with company performance was a nice perk. Health insurance only average with the employee paying an ever-increasing share of the premium. Dental and vision coverage were affordable and comprehensive. Good 401K with match.
