They make you think the benefits are better than they are. They combine vacation, sick and holiday so it looks like more time off than it really is. They only give you 3 days off for funeral which is hard when it’s a parent and you have to clean out their home while grieving. The health insurance is ok, but really nothing great since you have to pay your deductible before it really kicks in

PTO is good but not always available when you need it. Gym, cafeteria and onsite doctor were nice when working from office but have not been replaced with other benefits.
