Project Lead the Way has recently instituted a "remote first" policy, encouraging employees who are able to work remotely. We recognize that work does not always happen at an office, and we work with each employee to determine the most optimal arrangement for them and the organization.

WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
PLTW is a remote first organization, however there are certain positions that require Team Members to live within a specific territory/area. We also recognize that work does not always happen at an office, and we work with each Team Member to determine the most optimal arrangement for them and the organization.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
At Project Lead the Way we stand behind our team members as they learn to navigate through a flexible workplace dynamic. We believe it is important to be intentional about adopting healthy habits around workplace boundaries in regards to calendars and meetings. To support our team members every step of the way, PLTW adopted "Productivity Wednesdays." This enterprise wide initiative asks that no meetings are to be scheduled from 1-5 p.m. ET each Wednesday, to help ensure effective and productive workflow. This initiative is part of a broader effort to rethink interaction and collaboration within the organization and to encourage employees to meet with purpose.
