Pretty standard for a tech company to offer a competitive 401k match. They cap it at $2500 max match per year. I think the match is 2.5%. Health benefits are just okay. Head of house hold, Spouse with two dependents. ~$450 per check with Cigna. High deductible. Not sure how that's for everyone else, but it's the most I have seen.
