At certain clinics lunch was provided by drug reps and some facilities offered free snacks. And, at hospital cafes you do receive an employee discount on food.

Depends on where you work. One hospital I worked at did not have free snacks and drinks, the other had chips, candy, coffee, soda, all you want for free.
