Onsite training can be difficult because every trainer teaches differently and some do not even teach well

Online training required than additional training in clinic with a scribe trainer.

You learn a lot about medicine and whether you truly want to pursue it as a career. You learn about many illnesses and medications. Its a pretty good training program l.

The training is chaotic, poorly organized, and far too condensed. The trainers provide little practical instruction for vital job tasks (such as EMR documentation) and expect trainees to learn an extensive amount of information in a short time. The training is paid minimum wage, but that payment is cancelled out by the fact that you have to order scrubs worth over $80 before you can begin training.

They really but alot of time into training scribes so they know exactly what they are doing going in. The most trainign comes from on the job however
