Wide variety of options to choose from with the health plans offered, though they do use language in their plan descriptions that steer you towards the PPO plan. Their plans are highly tilted towards visiting their own clinics and physicians of course, if they are available in your area that is.

Prescription and healthcare benefits are excellent and a lifesaver for families with a lot of prescription needs. Flexible schedules, when possible, leadership support, retirement packages and more, make Providence an excellent place to work!

Average options, deducted from paychecks. For family an HMO pan is about $ 180/pay period. You can earn discount toward insurance with a health incentive program.

The insurance is considered a high deductible plan, but it's not that high ($1150), the hospital gives a money incentive for healthcare expenses, and preventative care is covered at 100%.

It's standard. Not great not bad. I will say that working for a healthcare organization I would expect better medical benefits.

My husband and I both receive $700 added to our HSA cards each year.
