Average options, deducted from paychecks. For family an HMO pan is about $ 180/pay period. You can earn discount toward insurance with a health incentive program.

Good health insurance from a medical company

The insurance is considered a high deductible plan, but it's not that high ($1150), the hospital gives a money incentive for healthcare expenses, and preventative care is covered at 100%.

It's standard. Not great not bad. I will say that working for a healthcare organization I would expect better medical benefits.
