The heath insurance is a providence health and services PPO type plan. Out of pocket max is about 3500, deductible is about 1500. Everything preventative is free.

PPO HSA low fees but the deductible is extremely high. Good investment opportunity.

The employee insurance plan is different than all the other "private" offerings and has some serious limitations, not the least of which is that despite the plan being owned by Providence they do not pay the full premium even for the a solo employee. In some cases, I had colleagues and employees that opted to find private insurance and forego the Providence employee plan.
