The plan seemed fine for my coworkers

You can invest in both a 403b and 457b.

No more pension plan. Matching contributions on 403 B are laughable. 401 service plan has below average contributions for a health care system. Look at other healthcare organizations if you're looking for a good retirement plan.

Matching for a 403b plan

I was better, then the change the core plan, so basically, the match 3% , then depending on how long you have worked there they will contribute either 3/4/or 5% to a separate retirement account, you vest after 5 years. its an alright Retirement, used to be better

They have one. The return are at about national average..nothing spectacular.
