Sick days are almost non-existent - you must call 2-3 hours before your shift to speak to the manager in charge. Usually the rest of the crew ends up doing your job. It's no fun when someone 'is sick'

you accumulate as a full timer 6 days a year. I think after so many years the maximum sick days you can accumulate is 3 months
