Best: It exists, so there are options. It isn’t Pyramid’s fault that American healthcare is an evil nightmare scenario built to maximize profit from illness & death. Worst: It’s managed via Allied who are an extra party so it’s beyond annoying and inefficient to use your very expensive benefits. You need at least $2-3 more per hour to deal with how bad the insurance is, so ask for more upfront.

Their benefits package didn't offer any paid leave, vacation time, and was extremely expensive. For just myself and my son was about $700 a month.
