Work From Home

While the camaraderie of an in-office environment is hard to beat, Q2 was quick to react to the pandemic and seems prepared to operate remotely for as long as necessary. They've provided ample office equipment for people to replicate their in-office setup as closely as possible.

Not much to do at office

Q2 provides so much autonomy at work. Employee can work from home when one is not feeling well or has some other important work at home.

Depends on departments. Some are more open to it than others, but largely the consensus is WFH is for specific situations and is not embraced as a consistent work habit.

Very little effort required to do this. As long as work is finished as expected, no questions asked.

Very supportive of remote workers. However, some cultural inclusion challenges.
