Very good 401K match and the company HR department tries very hard not to raise the health care premiums for employees. They are available by phone and very willing to answer questions and assist where they can

The plan is good but the cost is considerably higher than with another company that has the same exact provider and plan. I always selected to go on my spouses coverage for this reason only.
