Good plan but expensive; they recently significantly increased benefit costs and basically told people upset about it to suck it up. Mandatory participation in "wellness" program that appears to lack adequate safeguards for employee confidentiality

The worst thing about the health insurance is that the company is based in Washington and so the network for other states is limited, especially in Boise, Idaho where the two hospital systems are each on different networks.
