Vacation & Paid Time Off

Two weeks paid vacation is a great benefit, especially after only being with the company for a year. However, now it gets accrued per pay period, so it's about 3 hrs per period that you receive instead of getting the full two weeks on your anniversary date. I personally prefer getting it all at once, but that's just me.
