Does not offer. Look the only "benefit" offered is basic medical. Single person cost almost $200/week with a $1,000 deductable and $30 copay for prescriptions. Does not cover blood draws, x-rays, surgeries or anything major. Only covers basic office exams. Unaffordable for employees so 99% opt out.
