Paid Holidays

Yes paid vacation, just the essential holidays

Vacation can be very subjective based on your boss, I have had a phenomenal experience enjoying a work life balance that I am happy about.

RRD does recognize the major holidays and offers a couple extra holiday days during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. RRD does not offer paid holidays for some of the other Federal Holidays such as MLK, Veterans Day, Etc.

We had paid holidays but not sick days.
