The Company’s goal is to assist all associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week by reimbursement of adoption costs of up to $5,000 for each child. Any child adoption except stepchildren and children related to either adoptive parent qualifies for this benefit. The child must be under age 18, or be physically or mentally incapable of caring for themself, for expenses to be eligible for reimbursement.
