Dental insurance is typical. Other large companies have better plans. It is still a good plan and pays for most items, it just had a larger deductible and lower cap than the plan at my husband's company.

Dental seems to be pretty standard - they offer a basic and a premium plan, depending on whether you need things like orthodonture, etc for yourself and family.
