They begin to start contributing to your retirement after the first year, and it goes up and up to I believe 5% of your salary they will put in, but I am not sure the exact details. It is pretty standard here. Unfortunately, you don't get the matching right off the bat, it takes a little bit of time with the company, and if you leave without staying at the company for at least 2-3 years or more, I think you have to pay a percentage back, but I don't know the exact details. Pretty standard policy here.
