REI has two Performance bonuses. The yearly merit increases are a joke, they don't even keep up with the national rate of inflation. Expect to work hard with no financial reward.
REI also offer a yearly "Summit" pay out, essentially company performance profit sharing based on the over all performance and your division's performance; a percentage of your pay is granted as a taxable bonus based on your status. At best, high performing hourly staff in a good year may get 4%.
