Sabbatical Leave

After 15 years, employees are granted a 4 week paid sabbatical, to be taken all at once. Part and full time are eligible. The only downside is that the employee is paid the average wage made in the last year, which is usually low. Many people of my experience were forced to work another job during their sabbatical to survive.

I think it's great. But it should be like....3 months, not 1. 10 years with a company is a long time. They deserve more than a month off. Cmon.
