Industry standard is met by REI

They provided a nice selection of mutual funds through Fidelity and you can self-administer your account through Fidelity's Net Benefits portal. Their matching 401K is good. Their vesting timeline is average. It would be nice to be fully vested earlier.

employer matches 50% of the first 10% of 401k contributions. But employer part will be 100% vested only if you stay more than 6 years with the company.
