They offer a few weeks paid training, and if you pass, then you'll move to the floor in the call center and begin working under a so-called mentor. He or she walks around, listening to you as you take calls, but offers no real help and gives you an attitude if you ask any questions, they expect you to walk out training knowing everything, and you always get the weirdest calls that even a seasoned pro struggles with. Even then, it's better to present yourself to the caller as if you know everything and just go with the flow than to put your hand up and ask for hep. I actually was empowered to make the client happy, and gave stuff away to the client instead of ask for help from the mentor. I never got in trouble for doing this.
