Sick Leave

They do not like it when you take sick days because they are strict with attendance. There is no paid time off and if you miss work for any reason they will take a point for your attendance and you only get 3 points and then you could get fired. You can get a point away if you show up to work on time for 30 days and not miss any during that period.

As long as you let the manager know you're feeling sick and not coming in the office, you're fine. As long as you don't abuse it
