The worst thing is the 401k match. The percentage is good but it only occurs once per year, you get the match for last 365 days on a certain date. So if you don't stay long enough you won't get it. The best is that it is auto enrolled and done through Fidelity which makes it super easy to edit contribution amt, etc.
