RTX offers a choice of a 401K or 401K Roth and contributes 4%

Raytheon Technologies offers a very broad set of benefits. You can buy into a legal plan, too. The 'employee social event' is a site-wide annual cookout/lunch.

Right now, it's only a 3% match max, however, beginning in 2023, this improves to 4%, PLUS, there is an additional amount added based on your age or "proximity to retirement" of a max of 7%. So, for 55 year olds and older, the max company contribution is 11%. This is higher than LM's max of 10%.

There are several routes you can take and are all flexible with how comfortable on the amount you plan on putting into it.

Matching but not that much

So-so company match but variety of options. Offered through Fidelity which is a good brokerage to consolidate with.

Company match is on par with peer companies

It may be different and not as good for new employees but 8-10% is a great matching.
