Don't really know what to say, it was just like any other 401K plan really.

The 401K match is mediocre at best.

They allowed you to build a very diverse portfolio that is transferable to other companies through Fidelity. There wasn't any real downside... It's a pretty classic 401K

Brokerage Link -- you can choose from any mutual fund or ETF, not just the limited choices in the official company funds. Roth or traditional 401k

I should probable understand how it works better than I do. They offer an additional RAYSIP plan that is based on service time. I believe you get that whether you contribute to a 401k or not. I forget the 401k match, it was somewhere between 3-5% of your salary.

3% matching is fairly lackluster. At least sit vests immediately. Okay fund choices through Fidelity, my previous employer had better Fidelity options available.
