Hands-free 401k management, but not a lot of options for the hands-off investor.

100% Match up to 6%. I could take a loan out of my 401k to use as down payment for a home. I'm just borrowing money from myself! Company used Fidelity to manage it and their website was very easy to use.

The 401k options are a bit limited when first starting out. However, the options they do provide are solid and I've experienced a good amount of growth after only a few years.

Company matches 3 % of what you contribute. You become vested after 3 years of being there

401K will match up to 4% and the savings and investment plan will contribute another 3% based on when you started and years of service. Plans are fully vested quickly.

Matching is somewhat low compared with other companies in this sector. New employees do not have pensions, as it stands retirees are just able to retire from their 401(k) and their pension. I have heard from more than a few retirees with in the last two years that they didn't know what they would do if they didn't have the pension. The company should match more on the 401(k) is in line with the industry.
