Pretty good they contributed 3 percent to every one and matched 3.5 percent, but they decreased it for new hires every couple of years

Pension no longer available. 401k match is the only benefit.

Percentages are tiered based on age when started at the company and years of service. For example, if under 30 when starting employee receives, 3% contribution 0-10 years, 5% 10-20 years with company, 7% 20-30 years & 9% 30 plus.

Lots of choices. Not all stock match

No matching funds that I was aware of.

It takes a while to get the paper work moving , but it seems fair enough .

Great if you got in before 2007 before they stopped pension for new employees. It's a common fear among older employees that the pension plan will eventually be discontinued for those vested as well.
