Really easy and the trainers they put you with are understanding and helpful.

You go through a 1 week training process. Most of the trainers that are there are very competent and are able to guide you through most of the things you need to do. They do miss out on showing you some small tasks but most of the time they can be explained and understood quickly.

The job training was really fun because it was a brand new store, and the NRO team was a lot of fun and very helpful and encouraging.

Job training takes about 2 weeks

They guide you step by step.

I got trained before a real training program went through, now the program is thorough and well put together.

It was great not complaints.

Depending on location some are more serious than others

Training was so subpar that on the first day, many people were overwhelmed. There were times when I asked to be trained for new opportunities and was given the run-around by managers, corporate, and the damn General manager
