they offer an HSA and it seems competitive.

The advantage is that the monthly contribution is small (about $225 a month right now). Of course, I am expected to cover certain costs out-of-pocket at a maximum of $6,000 a year combined for me and all my family members.

Constant provider changes and enrollment costs.

This comment is just not factual. We've had the same providers and the same plan design for multiple years. Enrollment cost have been held basically flat until 2015, when we made a market adjustment. Our plans are very competitive in terms of coverage and cost. Thanks Kurt Twining
