I believe it was 5 sick days and 2 weeks vacation after one year, but you start accruing after 90 days

2-3 weeks is normal when you get hired and it builds up from there. Wish we went to unlimited vacation like other companies in the Bay Area. This would allow more flexibility and the ability to take the time you need.

We get both paid vacation and sick time at Move, so you don't have to use your vacation days when you get sick.
