Really loved how interactive they made training. Lots of hands-on and activities you worked on as a team.

It's sink or swim, there are good resources if you can find them.

The training was one on one, personal and very helpful for remembering information

work with asm for 3 weeks before going on your own

you get to train with multiple people and experiment with different products in the field. it only takes a few hours a day.

Flight school is incredibly informative and it prepares you to a certain extent. But, you mostly have to learn on your own once you're on campus and apply your learnings.

They provide you with all the tools you could possibly need to complete the job.

best thing was you received great class room training very informative too much information. The bad thing is not much hands on training from reps in the field the class room work does not carry out into the market everyone takes shortcuts.
